Trump can't raise or lower grocery prices much like he can't get people to drill baby drill. Prices are set by corporations, the ones that buy the politicians and receive enormous tax breaks. Trump should know all of that, so its hard to understand why he would say it except he knows there are idiots that truly believe him. And just in case you didn't know, millionaires don't care about grocery prices or gas prices or health care cost - THEY DON'T CARE - they only want the tax break that they will be receiving.
