So you are telling me the numbering on the Arkansas plate matched a stolen vehicle in Arizona and the make and model were the same too?? So naturally the kkkop has to have everyone out of the car, lights are flashing, loudspeaker being used and then the orders are coming fast and furious all while genius kkkop has his gun drawn and finger on the trigger.
