Are the Bush/Obama tax cuts still in effect? Those cuts were put in place so we could get trickled on. Funny thing happened where I worked at the time: the owner made capitol improvements which were part of the tax break, so the owner loaned his business the money, charged interest and got the tax break which was huge. Now I'm not sure about your one term nigger hating former President, but double dipping goes on all of the time, some people cheat though.
