Now you're victim blaming? Chief O'Hara who runs an incompetent and corrupt police force in Minneapolis is currently blaming a victim for getting shot. He whines about the Justice system, we're letting criminals run free but where were the 5-0 when the dude trimming a tree got shot in the back by a dude that had active warrants. His cops get to work for cash off duty and don't file taxes. The MPLS 5-0 refuses to arrest their buddy Umbrella Man. Instead of victim blaming maybe you could get some qualified cops to do their jobs instead of murdering detainees or plinking civilians from unmarked vans or not arresting the murderer.
