Fuck me. Minneapolis is crying about overtime pay for Kops because they are running out of money. I've got a suggestion for you. How about ticketing the parking violations along Fillmore Ave NE?? Try that for once. Both sides of Fillmore is marked no parking, there are bike lanes marked, it is a park area. But for some reason all these "athletes" from the suburbs are too busy hauling beer to the park instead of parking where there is a lot and just walking a few hundred feet. Both sides, and sometimes there are food trucks and occasionally the "athletes" are basically lounging in the street changing shoes or talking while auto traffic is trying to get through. I have no idea how much a parking ticket cost for parking in a no parking zone but if you drive by there, ever, you will see nearly one hundred cars parked in no parking zones. Ticket the mother fuckers or shut up about not having any fucking money for your overtime.
