So the decision was to stop paying everyone. Why? Because they don't really have any policies so they basically start a fire to put it out. And then say look what a good job were doing. Instead of paying, they were going to "find" problems. Why not actually do the work first? Seems like they are moving headstones without moving the bodies. Life is hard after spending so much time in the back of the class and riding in mommy's mini-van.
