So a bunch of masked thugs took down a delivery driver. It happened in front of a restaurant where a patron filmed the event. The vid starts with 4 brown shirts surrounding one dude, they have some trouble taking him down, a taser was deployed more manpower was brought in and it took about 8 "officers" and 3 unmarked cars to take down this delivery driver. Soldiers are only as strong as their leader and these muffin top looking thugs aren't in a dangerous area of the city taking down violent criminals, they took down a dude delivering food.
