So a black man driving an expensive car gets pulled over for speeding on his way to work. The cop sped through traffic on his motorcycle. Approaching the car the cop knocked on the window of the black man's expensive car. The black man asked him to not knock on his window like that, and without command rolled his window back up after handing paperwork to the cop. But this isn't good enough for officer tattoo. Because now commands are given and the dude is dragged out of his car for speeding, and cuffed. By this time several cops show up to the traffic stop, probably because they know the driver. At one point the cops are screaming conflicting commands, arresting bystanders but later back tracking to detained in cuffs for standing basically. In the mean time officer tattoo has a job to do - write a ticket but instead argues with someone about his commands. Then, a white man shows up, freely walks up to the handcuffed bystander and talks with him. Then another white guy shows up. More conversation. Hand cuffs are removed from everyone involved. The black man drives off in his expensive car to work.
