Back when spermburper Noem was using the taxpayers of South Dakota for her cosplay adventures it only cost the South Dakota tax payers $650,000. $650,000 would be enough money for SoDak to re-name the Purple Heart Highway, re-move all signs of DEI including removing handicap parking and eliminate those pesky sloped curbs for people that don't use cars, plus they could hire male bathroom attendants for the women's facilities - you know, to keep eye on things.
