Schumer doesn't want the Democrats to succeed. He voted with Republicans and caved on the budget bill and now he just wants Democrat's to on their hands and do nothing, much like what Schumer has done since Trump got into office. Its time for Schumer to go, he only clinging to his golden parachute, that is all he has left.
