Of course Columbia University caved to Trump, the nigger hater, Columbia profited from the slave trade, they are an institution that makes money. They don't care about free speech, diversity, equity and inclusion unless it adds to their bottom line. An institution with such deep seeded hate, its hard understand why they pushed back against Trump at all. They didn't push back against slavery.
