Howard Lutnick said that the National Weather Service was going to be improved through technological advancements, including implementation of cloud technology for remote access and an experimental AI-based forecast system. So dear readers what that was was a bunch of gobbledygook. A lot of fancy talk to basically cover for the fact that he really doesn't know anything about the weather, how it's forecast and of course he said everything to please Daddy. But then the rain came. And the staff is short and the fact that Ludtnick thought the weather service was operating everything on the NP operation system and that they were going to swoop with a new system when the old system was working before DOGE/Trump/Lutnick dismantled the system, fired critical staff and allowed children to die. Unless of course the whole thing is fake news and the sob stories are just made up and look over there Trump is going to bomb something to distract us from the fact that his crew, The Back Of The Class Gang, is clueless
